Father's Day Weekend

This year's Father's day is a little bit special. First, Ava has mastered the word "APPA," this translates to "Dad" in Korean. Second, her Grandparents came for two weeks all the way from Nashville. Our kitchen was definitely overworked -- meaning, for two weeks, we ate good (really good!).

Unfortunately we caught a bad case of the cold so we were struggling. But that did not stop us from driving to Rehoboth, Delaware for a little beach action. It was rough but worth all the effort. Then, we went to the National Aquarium located in Baltimore, MD. Ava saw dolphins, sharks, jellyfish, turtles, and more; it was an adventure!

I feel extremely lucky to be Ava's 'appa'. It's the greatest feeling ever. To all those that are lucky enough to be a father, HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
